The location is very good, it's situated only 10 minutes walking
from the city center, I a quiet street. The b&b was very clean and
cozy and the room as all facilities we want. Rita, the hostess, is
excellent, very friendly and helpful. She provides all information we

Very homely B&B with friendly and helpful owner.
Amazing room - light and spacious with enormous bed.
Extremely comfortable and quiet.
Fantastic breakfast delivered on a tray to your door.
Small fridge and microwave in the room (actually in the bathroom, which I thought was odd at first but it actually makes good sense as the hum and any cooking smell is isolated from the bedroom).
Highly recommended - I would definitely try to stay there again.

Wonderful hosts make this a must stay in Bruges. Hire the bikes from Kelly for a tour of the old city's narrow streets during the day and finish the evening with a horse and cart from the town square after a meal at Rest. Cambrinus. If you're lucky the Glockenspiel concert at 9pm in the square will be on, it's free and not to be missed.

This B&B was a great find: convenient location within the old city
with free off-site parking; comfortable room with spotlessly clean en-
suite bathroom; gracious, helpful proprietors; and tasty breakfast.
Especially loved the beautiful back garden: recipient, apparently, of
many awards. We rented their bikes and Johan not only made sure that we
had maps and emergency equipment but also sent us off with assurances
that he would come rescue us should we encounter any problems!

We absolutely loved our stay at B&B eleven and left wishing we had a couple more days. The room was large, spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Another highlight was the wonderful and extensive breakfast. The hosts were lovely and very helpful and the main square was only a 10 minute walk. There were so many positives but overall

juice, coffee or tea etc Perfect location if you are travelling by car -
you can park your car free not far from the hotel ( 5 minutes by foot)
and you will stay at historic Brugge with 10 minutes walk to the central
square. Nice minimalistic design, friendly staff I would sugget to eat
at Ribs and Beer, it is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Chosen this B&B due to its location near Bruges centre as we required off-road secure parking (6 motorbikes).
Close within walking 15 min distance to town centre.
Each room is individually furnished and lovely decor within the whole B&B. Not for folks that like 'ueber-modern' and cold Ikea style hotels.

The house was beautiful, in a lovely neighbourhood. Ginette and Patrick (the owners of the B&B) were so helpful. Upon arrival, Ginette took the time to review the places of interest in Brugge and to answer any of our questions. Ginette also provided a wonderful breakfast and Patrick drove us to the train station. He was also prepared to pick us up at the station but we arrived into the city earlier than expected so we took a bus instead. The number 4 or 14 bus stops near their house.

This is a family run hotel, and it shows. They are extremely helpfull and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay in Bruge so wonderfull. - The hotel is beautiful. It is clean, beds are comfortable. Fantastic breakfast, very helpful host. Brugges is spectacular. Wish we had booked for longer.

We needed to leave early, so the woman (owner?) made breakfast an hour earlier than the usual time for us. It was all very nice - comfortable and lovely. - Very good location,very clean room and spacious.the staff is veryfriendly and helpful,the food is good.It is much valued for the money.
