  Free airport shuttle was a lifesaver especially at late arrival because it would be hard to find the hotel except taking a taxi. The size, comfort and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Breakfast room, staff and breakfast itself was perfect. Local bus stops were just a few steps away. Silent and safe neighborhood. A special promotion offered free drinks from the minibar and a free buffet breakfast which was excellent. The front office was very friendly and helpful.   We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the accomodations are wonderful, great breakfast and the airport shuttle is a real plus.
