Very pleasant clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent choice and presentation of breakfast foods. Hotel lounge area very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to visit Bruges in the future. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

  The Romantic Garden Room is well worth the little extra. Most comfortable hotel bed and nicely-appointed, quiet room. Public areas very nice. Quiet bar stayed open very late. Good breakfast choice.   The hotel was fabulous and very romantic for a couple. It was in a great location and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very luxurious and had great views of the city.
