  Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. We brought two of ourchildren that were allowed to stay in our room and the hotel decided togive us an upgrade to a suite.   Everything! Excellently appointed, luxurious, friendly and helpful staff, large, beautifully decorated and furnished room with free wif-fi internet. Lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast and perfect location just off the main squares - and all at a very good rate. - everything at the hotel was amazingly excellent!   The hotel was fabulous and very romantic for a couple. It was in a great location and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very luxurious and had great views of the city.   Sofia and her husband, Chris gave us a very warm welcome with the offer of a beer. Our suite was large, designery, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were numerous small details that turned our stay from very pleasant into lovely. The breakfasts were wonderful and kept us going all day but there were invariably treats awaiting us in our ro... vad folk säger » om when we returned after a day's sightseeing. Sofia was very helpful at suggesting restaurants and made reservations on our behalf every evening. Th - First and foremost, order the breakfast here - it is amazing and one of the best I've had while travelling. The facility is extremely nice - big clean rooms with a really nice pool area and comfortable common areas. It is located a couple of blocks outside of Bruges old town and it is a delightful 15 minute walk to the main square. Parking was easy & the neighborhood has everything you could ask for. It is an especially ideal place for families. They even provide small bathrobes for the kid
