  The B&B is only a short walk from city center. At night with windows open, things were very quiet. Very nice.   Really nice little place. The family that runs it is very friendly. The breakfast was good and always slightly different each day. Excellent value for money. Room was comfortable. Could have been a little closer to Zell am See, the walk to the city center is 45 minutes but the south gondola is nearby so not an issue for skiing.   We received an amazing welcome from the owner. He was extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't have done more. Very concerned that we were warm/comfortable enough. Haus Ditzer is located a short walk from Zell so easy to walk into town and the lake. Large candles lit outside at night were a lovely touch. Good breakfast, lots of cheese, meat et... vad folk säger » c. Small fridge in the room and was able to borrow a hairdryer, which was marvellous! Would most definitely recommend Haus Ditzer to anyone visiti - First of all,Haus Ditzer is located very close to center, where restaurants, bars, small shops,lifts, E.T.c are situated (only 2 minutes by car). The rooms are comfortable and very clean and the Marcus is friendly and always at our disposal. You really shouldn't miss breakfast.Very good value for money. Overall what I have to say is that although we came to Zell am See for holidays , and we'll surely be staying at Haus Ditzer!!

  The staff were very accommodating as did not complain when we arrived at 1.30am from Munich! My 17 year old son and his friend stayed here while we stayed down the road, and the staff were fine about that. The boys found the hotel very comfortable, clean and quiet.   Location and very helpful and friendly staff. The summer tourist cards were great. The four of us went up the Kitzsteinhorn lift at no cost to us. Frau Aigner and the staff were very warm and welcoming. For example, we got maps, tips and a discount card for ski rental from the Pension. Also the staff's English skills were good. Pension was within a decent walking distance from the ski hill Schmittenhöhe.
