The owners and caretaker are very helpful. They gave us very good advice on local attractions. Hospitable family environment, beautiful and clean room. Rich and very tasty breakfast.The entire staff is very friendly to children. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.

We liked the apartment as it is very spacious and was renovated recently. We had access to the garden and one can make bbq outside. The owner, Roswita, and her family are very friendly and helpful. We were given the Zell am See card. The card gave us free entrance to all the attractions in the area ( that saves you alot of money ). 10 minute walk

the staff is exeptionally friendly. the owner was ready to help at all times.
rooms are very simple, but always nicely cleaned and tidy.
if you go skiing the hotel is 15 honest walking minutes from Areitbahn. Which is not much of a problem because there is a specious depot for skies and boots at Areitbahn.

Nice spacious twin room with balcony overlooking the mountains, very clean. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.
