  It was a uniq experince, the designe of the hotel reflects the life in Austria countryside and it is comfortable and nice to stay (the room we reserved is junior suite with 2 balcony it was big advantage for nice and fresh air. They are extremly nice and helpfull, they will do anything for you - The owners and caretaker are very helpful. They gave us very good advice on local attractions. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.

  Our trip had us staying here for 4 nights, 2 and then another 2 about 10 days later. We got to stay in two very different rooms, which I will describe in a minute. The hotel location is superb, if you have a car, since it is too high up to walk and taxis are rather expensive (10 or 20 euros from town, depending upon the whim of the driver.) The... vad folk säger » view from the rooms is exceptional, from way up the hill looking down on the lake and mountains. Breakfasts were above average, but hardly any fruit - A perfect hideaway! The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view over the valley, lake and mountain peaks. The owners of the family hotel are farmers who have lived on this piece of land for several hundred years. The family runs the place on their own, there are no hired staff. The locally produced food is perfectly natural.

  We liked the apartment as it is very spacious and was renovated recently. We had access to the garden and one can make bbq outside. The owner, Roswita, and her family are very friendly and helpful. We were given the Zell am See card. The card gave us free entrance to all the attractions in the area ( that saves you alot of money ). 10 minute walk ... vad folk säger » from restaurants and supermarkets. - Zell am see summer card included in the apartament price is a great benefit for the guest. We used attraction for 70EUR each in two days! Apartament standard was above expectaction!

  This was the perfect accommodation for our family. Great location, Beautiful spacious appartment, spotlessly clean, very good kitchen facilities, private infra-red sauna in our own bathroom, right next door to a fantastic leisure complex with state of the art facilities, including diving boards water slide and sauna/spa facilities. Fitted out with top quality, highest spec kit. Everything was pristene, there was everything you could need supplied (minus food and drink).   Wonderful place. Stylish apartment, comfortable and very clean, with great views and with virtually everything you need while staying there. Very hospitable host (thanks again, Susanne!). - The location was so nice and the facilities on the apartment.
