  This apartment is centrally located for anyone visiting Vienna; convenient to public transportation. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The owner was most helpful in answering our inquiries (and his English is very good). There is a market just down the street on the corner and a bakery near-by also. There is a parking lot at the apartme... vad folk säger » nt that we left our car in for a nominal fee. The security and gates are excellent and an elevator is an added plus. - Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again! Hotel is so clean ,it location is very near to vienna city center , only tow station by under ground , Close to nesteroyplatca station .   Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste.   Fint och välskött hotell. - All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception. They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it. This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country. The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh.   We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev). b) A room was quite spacious and clean. Room offers hi-end systems for free (satellite TV channels (two russian channels), movies, wi-fi with good signal). c) We recommend to have street-view side of the room ("garden-view" s... vad folk säger » ide is just ordinary backyard). d) There can be some problems with douche-cabin drain (water sometimes overflowed the cabin) - but it was not a proble - Excellent ratio price-quality, clean hallways and rooms, bathroom very clean.The hotel is close to the city center and the bus ride takes less than 10 minutes... 74A Bus stops near the hotel and the tram 18 is very close. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.

  As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. Very nice surprise ... vad folk säger » was that they gave us even bigger apartment as we booked, it was clean and comfortable, with enough strong WI-FI and with a very comfortable bed and p - Position: perfect. Even if we had a pushchair, we could easily reach two metro stations belonging to two different lines (Taborstrasse-U2, Nestroyplatz- U1) in a few minutes. We could also walk to Stephansplatz in less than half a hour (and it was a very nice walk), and the Prater park is really very close (less than 15min walking). A supermarket (Billa) is 50 m from the apartment.
