  personlig service - The personnel were all excellent, the Hotel was a delight, the Suitespacious and well decorated and lovely new Bathroom. There were freshred roses in the suite, and fruit and choc's arrived, another nicetouch. We dined in the Red Bar where the food was delicious and thepianist nice too.   Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. This hotel really did the trick. Excellent location, as well!! Staff was wonderful - very accommodating.   The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect.   Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging.
