Very friendly and helpful staff. As requested we received a room in the top floors. The room was very inviting, bright, super clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent as well. The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect. Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available

New hotel with a great and beautiful design, by Matheo Thum. The room was great, with a very confortable bed, great pillows, a Nespresso machine - that it's always a great idea.
The bathroom was very clean and in a good size. Great robes and flip flops were a good welcome surprise. The staff was very nice and helpfull -

Great position next to underground and urban railroad (which goes to the airport). Very nice hotel overall (both rooms and common areas). friendly staff. Good value/price. - hotel staff is very friendly, and location of hotel is great, near hotel is a metro station (easy and quick connection to any part of the city)

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception.
They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it.
This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country.

- Close to the Metro (U-Bahn) station (some 200-300 meters), so a little bit shady neighborhood is not a big deal

Underground / metro stop right across the street (Meidling Hauptstraße) 5 stops to Karlplatz (center) every 3-5 min., U4 famous nigthclub 3' min walk, Schönbrunn Palace and Zoo very close also. Amazing breakfast buffet (japanese food available!). Beds very comfortable 3 feather pillows per person. Pool available, lukewarm water. Intelligent staff.
