Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. Loved the location which was within walking distance of a great many must see places and shopping opportunities if that's your thing. Very close to public transport too. The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground.
The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra.
My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

Det mesta, särskilt bra att det var nära till U-bahn och spårvagn. - The locaton: at a walking distance from my daugter's University and home; very nice and quiet neigbourhood; exquisite buffet breakfast; kind staff. We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

Very close to Schonbrunn castle, 100m in the same street. Metro station is close and need only few minutes to get to the city center. Room was very warm and clean. We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal
was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev).
b) A room was quite spacious and clean.
Room offers hi-end systems for free (satellite TV channels (two russian channels), movies, wi-fi with good signal).
c) We recommend to have street-view side of the room ("garden-view" s

Excellent ratio price-quality, clean hallways and rooms, bathroom very
clean.The hotel is close to the city center and the bus ride takes less
than 10 minutes... 74A Bus stops near the hotel and the tram 18 is very
close. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended
to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and
there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.
