  It is a truly wonderful hotel. From the concierge to the maids, the lobby, restaurants, rooms...I Couldn't find a fault in it. It is in a ok. Location to enjoy the beautiful city. The hotel is perfectly designed, the rooms are spacious and the deco timeless and elegant.   We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate... vad folk säger » (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  I was there during Sibos exhibition , the arrangement was perfect ( Transportation , information , End day party ,.....tec) . Hotel is so clean ,it location is very near to vienna city center , only tow station by under ground , Close to nesteroyplatca station .   The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect. A 5 star class for the price of a 4. Very friendly staff - The location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast was perfect and the staff was also very kind.   Very friendly and helpful staff. As requested we received a room in the top floors. The room was very inviting, bright, super clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent as well.   Fint och välskött hotell. - All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception. They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it. This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country. The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh.
