  We loved the staff, the Spa facilities, the perfect situation (nearby all shops and the cable to go up)...the entertainment in the evening (piano, other), the cosy living area downstairs, our room (clean & comfortable)...great hotel!!! - Nothing to like.

  Cosy hotel with plenty of communinal spaces open fires etc. Nice reasonable quality food and lots of it. Only 10 mins walk from railway station and ski bus stops almost outside the doors. We had a large clean room a little old fashioned if you want ultra modern but we prefered this. Good storage facilities for skis and boots. Good value.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable and the apartment we stayed in was perfect for us. Beds were very comfy and a small basic kitchen in the apartment is all you need if you want to dine out in the restaurants the village offers The staff were great... Very helpful and attentive. In all .... a lovely family friendly hotel to come back to after a days skiing. - Very cosy and clean, small family hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was excellent and adequate despite not offering that many choices. Sauna and pool area were very nice, a perfect place to relax after skiing. Also, a separate room for storing and drying skis and boots was useful. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and had enough clauset space for your clothes and gear.

  The hotel is situated in Tirol with a good access to the ski resorts (Ehrward - Zugspitze, Lemoos, 10 min drive by car). Also for summer there is a wide range of hiking roads around the hotel, we made a tour to Thaneller which has a great view on the village of Berwang and also on Zugspitze.
