  In a nutshell, fantastic and highly recommended! It is a lovely family-run hotel. I loved everything about Hotel Gletscherblick. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile. On arrival I was picked up (for free) from the train station. I got a free room upgrade too which was very nice. Free Wifi internet was available throughout the hotel (although a bit temperamental at times but fast and was able to link many devices - Hotel Gletscherblick is a great hotel in line with best traditions.   The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The place was so clean and inviting. The pool and spa was fun. The room was beautiful with a nice bath good for children.   Perfect for smaller children upto about 6 years. Very child and baby friendly! The buffet dinner was very good and healthy food. The children did not had to eat fast food everyday. The rooms were very clean and childfriendly. Lots of toys for children available. The staff was also very friendly.   This is a wonderful hotel, first impression was - oh no, it looks so commercialised - but was I wrong. Reception staff, fantastic, obliging, efficient, professional. We were upgraded to a suite in the adjoining building - our room (315) although a bit outdated (Bathroom!!) was still lovely.   Allt var helt magiskt. Fantastisk bra mat och boende. Personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam. Trevliga gemensamma utrymmen såsom spa och gym.
