  Room was really nice, we were at the end of the corridor which meant more light due to extra window and beautiful views over mountains. Facilities were great, lovely pool and relaxation areas. - Nothing to complain, good location near the ski-lift, friendly staff , spacious rooms, good food ( half-board) , nice sw-pool, good internet.   Excellent staff - friendly, attentive, courteous, and willing to share lots of info about the local area. The breakfast and dinners were superb. Period. The wellness area was also very nice with multiple saunas, an indoor pool, and relaxation rooms overlooking the countryside.   This is a wonderful hotel, first impression was - oh no, it looks so commercialised - but was I wrong. Reception staff, fantastic, obliging, efficient, professional. We were upgraded to a suite in the adjoining building - our room (315) although a bit outdated (Bathroom!!) was still lovely.
