  Excellent staff - friendly, attentive, courteous, and willing to share lots of info about the local area. The breakfast and dinners were superb. Period. The wellness area was also very nice with multiple saunas, an indoor pool, and relaxation rooms overlooking the countryside.   The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help.
