  The staff were very friendly and provided a really excellent service. In particular they were very accommodating with our 18 month old daughter which made the stay much more relaxed for us. The room was also very nice and comfortable. - Excellent value for money and position for holiday we wanted

  I liked very much the spacious room, the excellent facilities, as well as the design of the hotel and its location, close to Kitzbuhel, but still in a quiet and relaxed spot. - big room, large breakfast buffet, design of spa, nice personel even if it's only a facade (it's not from their heart)

  Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. I would highly recommend this resort - Loved... vad folk säger » the style of the hotel - modern yet still with a Tyrolean feel. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.
