  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is very well equiped all around the premises.   I liked very much the spacious room, the excellent facilities, as well as the design of the hotel and its location, close to Kitzbuhel, but still in a quiet and relaxed spot. - big room, large breakfast buffet, design of spa, nice personel even if it's only a facade (it's not from their heart)
