  Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

  I liked very much the spacious room, the excellent facilities, as well as the design of the hotel and its location, close to Kitzbuhel, but still in a quiet and relaxed spot. - big room, large breakfast buffet, design of spa, nice personel even if it's only a facade (it's not from their heart)
