  We went there for a relaxing holiday before the summer season was over. The hotel is very confortable - we had a double deluxe, which is really big with a really big terrace.   The service was outstanding. In the big breakfast area everyone checked on you to see if you were good. Very helpful at coffee machine etc. Breakfast was well laid out. The two young ladies in the little restaraunt by the bar were just great. The little blond girl at the front desk was fabulous. So helpful. Loved the locker set up. We would - The staff was amazing. The night front desk employee ( a gentleman) went above and beyond.   We arrived late in the night (2am) and the landlord arranged that we could enter. Hotel has excellent typical Austrian decoration and everything was very new. Very nice hotel and fine cuisine. Spa facilities are a nice surplus! - Good food on half board, friendly helpful staff, large room, quiet atmosphere, good bus links with rest of Zillertal.

  The 'standard' room was of a good size and well equipped. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful and almost all spoke good English. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. Every course was a treat to be savoured!
