A wonderfully friendly hotel with great comfort and really good food. Both my sons had a great time in the kiddies club and swimming pool. And my husband and I really enjoyed the restaurant and drinking a glass of wine on our balcony. Staff and service were excellent! -

Very friendly. It was the first day that the hotel was open after being closed in November and there werde only seven guests in the hotel but everything was still on offer. -

The rooms are large, the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly. We had three glorious days of serious hiking, including a quick cable car ride up to 3210 metres. There was an excellent evening of Tyrolean music in the village. The food at the hotel was almost too much and it was great to be able to make one's own packed lunch at breakfas

Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00).
Modern room, big bathroom, everything is new and well equipped.

Excelent hotel!!! Nice atmosphere! Spacious well equipped rooms with huge balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. Great SPA facilities (pool and saunas). Location is perfect, few steps from city center but still in a quite area. Own transfer to ski area. Restaurant is cosy, breakfast and dinner is delicious. There was everything we needed and even more.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. We liked it very much

Fabulous views of the mountains from the Junior suite room we had, the hotel was spotlessly clean. Spa was extensive although not staffed during the time we were there July weekend.. -

Got a suite at a great price, beautiful suite with a second bathroom onthe balcony overlooking the whole of Innsbruck - amazing view! Veryreasonably priced food in the restaurant even if it was a fixed menu(probably due to low season and few guests). - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and the food was fantastic.
