  The breakfast is very bountiful and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The spa is great after a hard day of skiing.   Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff, custodialand dining staff were all first-class ambassadors for the company.Couldn't be more pleased. - The hotel location was ideal, just a short 10 minute walk along the river promenade to the Old Town - Innsbruch.   Fabulous staff throughout. More hotels should be like this one, they make their guests feel welcome. Best hotel we have stayed in to date, great room and hotel facilities, very good food. Can't speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. - Loved everything about our stay at the Hilton Innsbruck!   I liked very much the spacious room, the excellent facilities, as well as the design of the hotel and its location, close to Kitzbuhel, but still in a quiet and relaxed spot. - big room, large breakfast buffet, design of spa, nice personel even if it's only a facade (it's not from their heart)
