  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is very well equiped all around the premises. The stuff was so heplful, the rooms clean and tidy, the spa center - perfect, the food in the restaurant - delicious. It would be nice if more hotels were a bit as good as this one is!

  The hotel made our perfect ski weekend even better. They upgraded our room to a one-bedroom suite. Reception was friendly and very helpful. Restaurant food (dinner and breakfast) was always great and staff were very warm (special mention to Mr. Balazs). Bar and afternoon tea were always great (special mention to Ms. Lena and Mr. Wojtek).   We went there for a relaxing holiday before the summer season was over. The hotel is very confortable - we had a double deluxe, which is really big with a really big terrace.   The service was outstanding. In the big breakfast area everyone checked on you to see if you were good. Very helpful at coffee machine etc. Breakfast was well laid out. The two young ladies in the little restaraunt by the bar were just great. The little blond girl at the front desk was fabulous. So helpful. Loved the locker set up. We would - The staff was amazing. The night front desk employee ( a gentleman) went above and beyond.   The 'standard' room was of a good size and well equipped. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful and almost all spoke good English. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. Every course was a treat to be savoured!   The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The place was so clean and inviting. The pool and spa was fun. The room was beautiful with a nice bath good for children.
