  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help.   We went there for a relaxing holiday before the summer season was over. The hotel is very confortable - we had a double deluxe, which is really big with a really big terrace.   The service was outstanding. In the big breakfast area everyone checked on you to see if you were good. Very helpful at coffee machine etc. Breakfast was well laid out. The two young ladies in the little restaraunt by the bar were just great. The little blond girl at the front desk was fabulous. So helpful. Loved the locker set up. We would - The staff was amazing. The night front desk employee ( a gentleman) went above and beyond. The day time front desk ( a woman ) was so friendly and took time to call for information. Food was delicious.

  I liked very much the spacious room, the excellent facilities, as well as the design of the hotel and its location, close to Kitzbuhel, but still in a quiet and relaxed spot. - big room, large breakfast buffet, design of spa, nice personel even if it's only a facade (it's not from their heart)
