doorstep (although skiing off the mountain is a black run). -
Staff and rooms were great. Location is right at the bottom of a lift to
the top of the local mountain.

The very friendly staff. Everyone was very concerned about our well being. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was very good and had a lot of options for everyone and the activities planned by the hotel were a lot of fun.

We absolutely loved the hotel. It was located right in the town. We wereable to walk around and take a ferry to another town. The people thatran the hotel were just wonderful. Enjoyed a long weekend with a group of nine friends. The owner, 'The big momma' was very polite and accommodating and made our stay most enjoyable.Location was fantastic and the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. We usually visit different venues and hotels on each ski holiday but the stay was so enjoyable that we will definitely be returning again.

Super clean, lovely modern room, great bathroom (we enjoyed having a radio in the bathroom!). Friendly and helpful staff. Easy bus connections to Altstadt, airport, and Hbf. Reasonable price. One-euro coffee machine in the hallway. - The room we stayed was a two bedroom family room and it was spotless.Cosy and warm like Salzburg. Staff was helpful.

The owner is wonderful, she did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as she could. The breakfast was great and there was a nice restaurant with a terrace in a local restaurant. The location is about as peaceful as you could wish for, if you need a stop over or a few days break, I can thoroughly recommend it. -

The apartment is situated in a location which is excellent as a base for daily trips that cover vast areas: Salzburg area, Salzkammergut, Berchtesgaden area, Salzburgerland sportwelt, Zell-am-see/Kaprun/Grossglockner area. There are practically 4 roads from abtenau, leading north, south, east and west, so that one doesn't get bored from driving on

The apartment itself is located above Abtenau, therefore it has a lovely open view of -
The appartment was great. It was newly renovated and had all modern ameneties. The rooms were specious and clean. We were provided with fresh bread rools (little sugrcharge) every morning and the family who owns the appartments was very welcoming.
