  Staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived late and could easily get keys to our room from the security safe provided. The receptionist gave us directions and a map to guide our day trip that was great, and we were able to make our Salzburg Card right there. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom very well lit. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what I needed after a long day of touring.

  There´s a very beautiful lake next to the house (restaurant part), the room was nice, clean and much bigger than we expected :) .   Absolutely loved this hotel! on outskirts of Salzburg but very easy to get into town via local bus -2 blks from hotel. Room was extra large and super clean. After several nights in noisy city hotels, we were thankful for this location with mountain views from each window, away from city noise, but just a 15-minute bus ride into Salzburg from a bus stop 5 minutes away. Breakfast was bountiful and we had delicious dinners there both nights.

The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.
