Staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived late and could easily get keys to our room from the security safe provided. The receptionist gave us directions and a map to guide our day trip that was great, and we were able to make our Salzburg Card right there. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom very well lit. This was an excellent location for great value. It was a 10 minute walk
from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main
centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a
quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get
access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what
I needed after a long day of touring.

The hotel staff (family run) were very friendly and helpful and knew what customer service was all about, they personally showed us to our room and helped carry our luggage and made us feel really welcome.
