  The staff here are unbeatable. If you speak any German at all, they will gladly speak German with you. If not, I only know that they know English, too. I'd be willing to guess that they know French and Italian and Spanish, too, but it would only be a guess. Either that or a physics and math scholarship. (We didn't talk much, so who knows?) - Great staff, really polite. Unique location, directly to downtown with garage. Nice breakfast . There is also a good restaurant close to the hotel. I recommend it.

  Few days ago I was travelling from Poland and needed a room for one night only. When I was searching for hotels in/near Villach, this was the cheapest I've found. I don't have any special needs, I just need to have bed and bathroom, but this hotel has surprised me very positively. Professional staff, very clean, renovated rooms and interesting con... vad folk säger » struction of the building. Not to mention about location, which is in the very heart of Villach. No regrets, I was very pleased to pay for that level - I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Check in was hassle free. Female member of staff was so helpful. I don't speak German but we managed to communicate in Italian. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was immaculate. Close to the main shopping areas and nightlife. I will be staying here again on my next trip in a couple of months time.

  These people are amazing. I felt as a friend guest rather than a client. Clean, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, excellent location. But the main thing was the staff. We were a company of 3 motorcycles, and they even gave us water and fruits for the trip home. They even carried my bags to the when I arrived tired from the road.   A very nice room in a very good location - The hotel is placed in the center of Villach and from there you can reach lot of interesting places. The rooms are huge, comfortable and I really appreciate the style. Thanks to the reception that let me check out at 12. The breakfast is fantastic!

  It was a great hotel excellent the food was great its a friendly hotel you felt there as being part of the family every day was special the pool and the sauna and the facilities were excellent we shall be back - The best place we´ve ever visited. Special thanks to the owners and all the staff.
