  The staff here are unbeatable. If you speak any German at all, they will gladly speak German with you. If not, I only know that they know English, too. I'd be willing to guess that they know French and Italian and Spanish, too, but it would only be a guess. Either that or a physics and math scholarship. (We didn't talk much, so who knows?) - Great staff, really polite. Unique location, directly to downtown with garage. Nice breakfast . There is also a good restaurant close to the hotel. I recommend it.

  A very nice room in a very good location - The hotel is placed in the center of Villach and from there you can reach lot of interesting places. The rooms are huge, comfortable and I really appreciate the style. Thanks to the reception that let me check out at 12. The breakfast is fantastic!

  The staff was very-very nice. We had a very lovely and comfortable room, next to the mini-spa. The spa was also excellent, new and beautiful. The breakfast was also very tasty. (And we could have it until noon) We loved to stay there.   Very nice and clean hotel, good breakfast, fantastic location in the mountains. Host (btw, he has very good Russian!) was very kind: when we arrived very late in the night, he gave is better room with separate bathroom while we were ready for the shared one. Beautiful landscapes, you just must see it! - The stuff was very friendly. Room was huge ... vad folk säger » and actually it was an appartment. It was very clean and nice. Bathroom was also big and well equiped. We got freshmade omelette on the breakfast - very good. Good starting point for a hike.
