this is the value of money choice, the breakfast is great, staff are very friendly and helpful, the wi fi is free, the gym is OK and good and enough to work out. We have a very pleasant stay here. the location is a 15 min walk from the train station. Hence, not really fully occupied.

Although the hotel is a bit outside of the city center, it is a very short bus ride or easy walking distance.
Extremely clean, and I loved the bathroom. This is the first hotel I've been in with a shower stall that didn't leak! The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with help or a recommendation when I needed one.

We booked a quadruple room for 4 (3 sisters over 20 and our mom).
The room was spacious with a large balcony that overlooked the mountains. The balcony is enclosed but has large windows that open up.
The room had a double bed, and 2 single beds pushed together. I was a bit concerned about booking a quadruple room for 4 adults but it was perfect.

We only spent one night in Innsbruck and arrived during a heat -
Very central hotel - couldn't be closer to shops and the old town.
Helpful staff. We arrived at mid-day and our room was already ready.
Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space. Good internet connection.
The hotel has a check-in machine in the lobby, so you can arrive at any time.
We had a small room facing the street, but the sound-proofed windows meant we had very little street noise.
Tram and bus stops are right outside, so easy to get to airport or station on public transport.
