  We really enjoyed our stay and the management was very welcoming and helpful. We found the facilities to be lovely. - A good location, a nice well run family Hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff and it has a lift.

  The hotel was in a good location, a short walk to the u-bahn and close a huge shopping strip. You can also walk to the main sites of Vienna which we did as the weather was lovely on our visit. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of foods.   Läget, håller samma goda standard år till år - Our room was pretty spacious. The Hotel is a few meters away from all major attractions for those who wish to explore the city on foot and also for those who prefer to use the underground. Schwedenplatz UBahn and Stephanplatz UBahn are very close to the hotel and Morzinplatz, where the Airport Bus ... vad folk säger » arrives and from where it departs, is just a few meters away. - Very good location is you come from the airport by bus or train. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. This hotel will be my first choice if I come to Vienna again.

  I like Fabrik hotel very much. If I come to Vienna I always stay in this hotel. It's got a charming atmosphere with its inner courtyard, wall in brick, high smoke-stack, flowers, shrubs, trees.... One can easily forget it is in the centre of Vienna.   The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities, bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I would recommend 4 only. I got locked out one day as I had forgotten my keys ... vad folk säger » and the owners father let me in, carried a chair for me up 5 flights of stairs while I waited for my parents. Very Helpful. We enjoyed our time here. - The location of the apartment is excellent.The care taker(Lucas) is one of the best people I met there,he is so helpful,he will go steps out of his way to help the guests.

  Vi trivdes bra i vårt familjerum och hade lagomt med plats. Våra barn var sjuka under vistelsen och personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och vi fick bra service. - allting var bra förutom sängen och dusch stolen.
