Reception offers any small items you could forget, such as toothbrush

– Wardrobe was big with enough equipment to comfortably arrange our clothes.
– Room was spacious, super clean with modern furnishings.
– Bathroom had warm floor, hair dryer and soap + shampoo.
– We asked for quiet room, and we received it. We didn't hear what was going on in other rooms.
– Close to metro and city center, we used metro only 2 times

Great choice! The hotel do near the train station and also near the underground station. Also 5 mins walk to ALDI, 2 mins walk to a good restaurant. The reception is really helpful and welling to answer any question! The room is nice equipped. Free fitness and sauna! Recommend!!!!!

läget - The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

Very clean, quiet with modern bathroom and bar features; beds were comfortable.
Staff (some more than others),was very helpful in terms of what to see, where to eat, and how to use public transportation to get where we wanted to go.
Best of all was the location...so close to everything.

Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available

The hotel is conveniently located: the U3 is quite close and it takes you directly to the first district. Moreover, I was able to go jogging in Prater every day! The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the room was as clean as a pin... I LOVED it.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful! The room was very new, modern and clean. We just loved our room :) Fast free wi-fi was great, too. The hotel is just around the exit of the highway and is located near tram stations, so very good access to the city. It was also great that the hotel has free parking spot, which helped us a lot! I love to stay at this hotel again!

This new design hotel is worth the money. The rooms are spacious, quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I particularly liked the enormous shower and the seperate toilet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The garden was very nice to kick back and relax. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna, but it's only 3 subway stops away from almost everything.
