  Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff, custodialand dining staff were all first-class ambassadors for the company.Couldn't be more pleased. - The hotel location was ideal, just a short 10 minute walk along the river promenade to the Old Town - Innsbruch. The friendly and very co-opeative staff.

  Loved the location. Loved the extensive breakfast which was included in the price. Friendly staff. Extremely quiet atmosphere. - Close to railway station, town and very accessible. Family was wonderful and the room was large comfy and quiet.

  Fabulous staff throughout. More hotels should be like this one, they make their guests feel welcome. Best hotel we have stayed in to date, great room and hotel facilities, very good food.
