  Allt - I was very happy with my room. It was a great value for money, It was my first time to Graz, I used your website to find a hotel that it was the most convenient for me. The room faced at the River Mur and even had a private balcony. The room was very spacious and very modern.   Friendlyness of staff, location just perfect, 5 minutes walking into the historic old town of graz and just next to the fresh farmers market. Athmosphere was great, the right mix of regional, clean, and not too sophisticated at the same time. We had rented the 2 bedroom appartment and were very happy. We had a bright,quiet and good size room. Staff is friendly and the food fantastic.The breakfast buffet has a great variety - at times a bit slow with refills - but the Pension is at all times busy.We definitely will return to this charming Hotel! Had a fabulous stay....
