  The hotel has excellent location - few steps to the beautiful park. Extremely friendly staff. We travelled with the little baby and they help in all our requests.   Wery nice place, excellent room, excellent location. The hotel has a pool and an excellent breakfast place. Parking is large and the garden is also impressive. - Very nice and charmy area. Close to Wiena, but away from crowd. Value for money, very kind staff.
