  The hotel has recently been redone to a high modern standard. Very welcoming. Efficient staff. Excellent half board food. Also has a top restaurant as an alternative. A very lively bar in the evening with Vladi singing. Great spa and decent size pools for laps. - The staff were so incredible and friendly.   Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.
