  I liked almost everything about the hotel and especially so the soap they chose for the rooms. I loved the Panorama room -truly the view is amazing.   Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

  Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk to the Hahnenkammbahn gondola. A very nice Italian restaurant and ski hire/sport shop adjoining the hotel. Short walk to the main street and restaurants and bars. Friendly, cozy atmosphere with very attentive and very helpful staff led by Frau Resch. Helpful kitchen for breakfast. Rooms were quite large and ... vad folk säger » well appointed. Cleaning staff were punctual and efficient. Nice little bar to enjoy an apres ski drink and chat to other guests. Internal ski room an - Perfect location just 200 meters from Hahnenkammbahn. Extremely friendly and service-oriented staff. We came by car and though the hotel doesn't have its own garage we were guided to park outside. The rooms are not so new but really clean. Practical furniture. Simple and very nice sauna.
