  The hotel was great both the location and the staff. I have enjoyed staying at this hotel, though most of the time I was away for sightseeing. The staff are very helpful and friendly (you just feel as you are a member of them. The great location also gives a plus to the hotel (as it is very close to Zell am see the town) and you are in the country... vad folk säger » side where you can enjoy the nature.

  We loved the place! It is the first time we have arrived in an apartment, and the place actually looks like the pictures on the web. Amazingly cosy and well equiped. We lived in appartment TopC3. The bedrooms are of a good size, and the living room/dining area is excellent. I can only recommend this place. Everything is just the same as in photos, even the smallest details. Good location, nice view, great SPA, fully equiped kitchen. If somebody will not like this self - catering appartment, it won't be the appartment's problem - it will be the problem of travelers.

  I liked everything in the pansion. It is located in the center of Kaprun, all the shops and bars are just 2-3 minutes to walk. The hosts are very hospitable and ready to help in every situation. The pansion is extremely clean, the interior is new. Ski bus stops just in 10 meters from the front door and in 10 minutes it is bringing you to both resorts (K - I like this family a lot. They are very friendly. I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)

  Amazing home. And run by a very lovely family that are just a breath of fresh air to meet. Madam Bridget and her man Mr. Patrick are just a joy to meet. The Austrian style hospitality is at its best here. And the icing on the cake for me was to have had the honor of meeting an adorable new friend.
