  The hotel staff (family run) were very friendly and helpful and knew what customer service was all about, they personally showed us to our room and helped carry our luggage and made us feel really welcome. Parking was really easy and the location was very relaxing.   the appartment was big enough for thw whole family. the facilities - kitchen and shower were good. and owners were very friendly. and the location of flachau for us was great.

  clean comfortable and friendly business. Nice room Walking distance from a Supermarket Kitchen inside the room. Everything is new and modern - We had a wonderful stay, the owner was fantastic, breakfast great. Really a good experience and such a lovely hotel. Would come back!
