  The staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were large and modern, breakfast was excellent and the outlook over countryside and lake peaceful and relaxing. It is beautiful and luxurious with perfect rooms. It is run by spectacular people Richard and Evelyn who were warm and welcoming on arrival and lovely and helpful.   The main reason we booked our stay at the Whale Motor Inn was due to the gluten free options at their in-house restaurant and it didn't disappoint! Best 3 course GF meals we have had in many years.   I love everything about this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Sydney. The atmosphere, the character, the style and the wonderful staff. The location couldn't be more perfect, surrounded by water and a lovely walk along the harbour foreshore and beyond to reach the restaurants, cafes and The Rocks, but tucked away enough t... vad folk säger » o be peaceful and quiet. I recently had to return there at a distressing time, a funeral, I was upgraded to a beautiful waterside room, a bottle of ch - The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney. We felt welcome. The location is simply stunning and uplifting.
