  As soon as Carolyn (host) opened the door we were rapped in Jadan Cottages, they are a home away from home and then some. The decor, design and facilities are tremendous and very appropriate. The free Wi-Fi was - Jadan Cottages is a beautifully restored pair of residences in Broken Hill. The two cottages (actually a side by side duplex) are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood but close to downtown and to a shopping mall. The cottage we occupied was very well equipped with everything we needed, it was very spacious and was scrupulously clean. Moreover, the room was fantastic, equipped - We loved the friendly attitude of the hosts, the fact that on arrival in the evening after work we were made to relax with Port, Sherry and home-cooked little cookies/cakes , as well as excellent accommodation. We were only sorry that we were only able to stay one night before going on to our pre-arranged stay in Canberra.
