Staff were very friendly. I rang ahead to advise we would be arriving late. So they org. the key to be left in the room. Very clean and the bed was very comf. and so was the pillow. Have been traveling a bit lately. As these have been the best so far. Very happy and would stay there again. -

I had spent three days hiking so was looking for a hotel room with a spa bath. The Heritage Hotel room was perfect. The spa filled fairly quickly, there was plenty of hot water and the jets were strong. The towels were large and very soft. The motel room was spacious with a dining setting and microwave as well. The room had 12 power outlets! 12! and 4 of them were either side of the bed.
The Air con was new and worked brilliantly.
The room was ver spacious which was great when it is raining and you have kids.
There are deer which were just a lovely touch for the kids.
There is a heated pool and spa which were very well kept.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was very affordable as this was only a short trip and I didn't want to spend alot of money on a motel. It's in a convenient spot to the centre of Taree and the Manning Entertainment centre and had everything we needed. -

The convenience to the club and shops for meals, comfort and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and willing to offer advice on where to go and how to get there. We enjoyed our stay very much. The club next door for meals was fantastic. We didn't have to go looking for meals. -

The friendly welcome when we arrived. The quality of the meals in the Restaurant. Although it is on the Highway, we did not hear any traffic. The Manager was very efficient controlling a group of teenagers, who were staying with their parents and who were running around at 10.00pm disturbing the guests. -

Coffee on arrival ... just the thought is what mattered, but the smell and the taste were wonderful (attention to fine detail). After a long drive, it was most welcome and almost a hand of friendship. The room was a great size and the renovated bathroom was good. The windows had secure security screens. It was clean except for the awful stained carpet yet suffice for our family for 1 night.
