  Probably one of the best Ibis Budget hotels in Australia. Super clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Free parking and free tea and coffee until 10pm. Great value for money option. - We have used this chain before and as usual we were not disappointed. They are always clean, well positioned and have excellent staff.

  We liked the fact that the staff permitted us to use the shower and store our belongings prior to check in. We had arrived in Sydney from Darwin at 6am and could not check in until 2pm that day so we really appreciated the shower to freshen up. The location is simply amazing: 5 minutes walk from Darling Harbour and the Star Casino! Our room was fairly big, hence the fact, I cannot understand people complaining on their reviews about the size of their room (maybe I was just lucky?!). The shared bathroom worked just fine, after all, nobody goes on a trip to stay closed in a bathroom do they?

  really good place for this price! we was lucky & the view from our window was exellent - Harbour Bridge & Opera House. we have come some hours before check-in but our room was ready. staff is very friendly, room & shower clean. great value for this money! - Its a good hotel near to all entertainment places.   This place is in a great location, the staff are friendly and always available to help. They were happy to extend our stay. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and there are loads of bathrooms to shower any time. - Just a few steps from the beach

  My partner and myself booked the shuttle bus for the following morning and accidently left our tickets in the room. We told the shuttle bus driver we just needed to grab a copy from the reception desk just inside. Rather than putting our bags into the bus whilst I ran inside the driver argued with my partner and said he "didnt have time for this" ... vad folk säger » and drove away as I was running back out the front, leaving me and my partner there in need of transport to the airport. My partner and I went inside - My trip was due to a last minute cancellation leaving me stranded. From this perspective the internet facilities appear very pricey for modern standards/pricing. The late night KFC and 24 hour McDonalds was handy in terms of at least having something to eat/drink for more budget conscious customers. The distance to the venue was also within a very short walk negating the need for a taxi or even shuttle bus.

  So friendly. my first time at a backpackers and it will certainly not be my last. staff were friendly and helpful. it was such a relaxed atmosphere that I wish I had got to stay longer. it's in a great location and has free wifi , laundry service, kitchen facilities.   I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. There are loads of restaurants/takeaways within walking distance as well as shops if you want to browse.   Excellent location for my purpose, being right next door toTweed Regional Aquatic Centre and lovely town centre of Murwillumbah, so I didn't need transport, felt secure and comfortable.
