  The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel. T... vad folk säger » he hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Mecure hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpfull and professional. The room was clean and very comfortable. the management was exellent.   When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff. Although young, they displayed confidence and a thorough knowledge of their roles. Spa options were very good. - Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great and spa and pool area were great!

  We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. On our our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, I think her name was Sarah who assisted us with all of our needs. We had a room on the first floor which was modern, clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to eat o - Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

  I liked the ground floor gardens and plants. A credit to the owner who I spoke to. I also enjoyed the breakfasts and it was of very high standard. The motel is an older one which was built in 1985. However the room was lovely and comfortable and the bed was excellent. All in all I was most pleased.   Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. The only criticism that I wouold have is that there is no frypan in the kitchens which meant you had to go out for breakfast each day - only one saucepan but thats a minor thing that can be easily fixed - Very close to the tr... vad folk säger » ain station and not very noisy at all - loved the tiled floors as was lovely to come back to after a full on day to take shoes off to a cool tiled floor!   Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way.   As an Events Manager I had traveled from nz to organised a ladies night out for a friends birthday at the Sheraton Sydney. As soon as we walked in the doors we were treated like princesses and the service continued till we were spoilt rotten. I was raised up with lavished hotels so I have high and fussy expectations. The bathroom bat - We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream.   I got lost and was really tired with traveling. Phoned the motel for a few directions. The owner located where I was in the town of Moree, jumped in the car found me and escorted me back. Meanwhile his wife opened up the unit and turned on the air conditioning, I was so appreciative especially as I was traveling with my elderly mother.
