  The price was very good. For $59, I got a very stylish, comfy, good sized single room with plasma TV and my own ensuite and bath. With a bit of TV angling I could even watch it from my own bubble bath - talk about luxury! The hotel has been recently refurbished and is very stylish.   Kilmarnock House surpassed all expectations. The rooms themselves were spacious and beautifully presented. The owner, Libby, was very welcoming and more than happy to answer our questions. It was only a short, easy walk to the centre of the city, with cab fare back around $6.00.
