It was central to all of the Golf Courses and was in close proximity of eateries, bars, shops and transport. The facilities(pool, spa and sauna) were also an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and modern and more than adequate in size and facilities.

  this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.   This is a wonderful apartment, especially for the two families like us. The children could play in the living room and parents could rest in our rooms. Lovely open kitchen and cozy living room with everything you need. Bedrooms are of good size. Staffs are extremely helpful.   Lovely location on the water at Launceston. Our room overlooked the River - was very spacious and comfortable. Could easily have stayed here for a couple of weeks.   Staff were friendly and at the time pool was being retiled, but we were able to use the one at the casino and were offered to travel in a shuttle bus if needed. Room quite spacious and had everything you needed and a nice lawn area near our villa where you could sit and enjoy.   We were upgraded (from a studio to a larger suite). However the accommodation was great. Very roomy and everything you needed was there. Great value for money and I would definitely stay there again. Compared to our other stay in Burnie (Wellers Inn) it was chalk and cheese. And the Wellers Inn was much more expensive. Staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. - Manager was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent in value, clean and modern considering the age of the building. Unfortunately we couldn't try the onsite bar/restaurant as it was a public holiday but it was appealing. View from upper deck very nice for a crisp morning coffee. We look forward to coming back.
