  I loved the old fashion lift. And the writing room. You could really market it using those old fashion spaces, beautiful wood work, etc. you could offer free accommodation for in-kind work from professionals who would activate the space using art, theatre, fine food, etc. people dressed in period costume serving tea, etc in the writing room. This would work equally as a tourism campaign and to attract locals to stay. - Amazing value for money especially for a solo traveller:they actually have single rooms.
