  I loved the old fashion lift. And the writing room. You could really market it using those old fashion spaces, beautiful wood work, etc. you could offer free accommodation for in-kind work from professionals who would activate the space using art, theatre, fine food, etc. people dressed in period costume serving tea, etc in the writing room.
