  it was very clean the staff were very very helpful. they were very obliging as we rang them direct to book a cot for our grandson when we arrived at check in everything was there for us. fully recommend to friends. - I liked the layout of the accommodation and we would stay there in future.   The Reception staff was wonderful, very welcoming and supportive. I got a text 10 am advising my room was available early - which was great because it was pouring with rain. Undercover parking was also really convenient due to rain. Could see the water from my room. Also in walking distance to shops and the walkway along the waterside. The spa with a view and a small flat screen above the spa was a delightful surprise ! The one staff member I met was very friendly and helpful in sorting out another bed st no extra charge. Great service!

Great apartments, for basic holiday stay, nice balcony, kitchen had everything you could need to cook simple meals - maybe not set up for more gourmet type home made meal - ie. no oven.   Monaco is at most 2 years old - our one bedroom apartment (7th floor) was large, comfortable, well equipped and had a large balcony with (close) ocean view, doors to balcony off both sitting area and bedroom. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants close by. Had a great holiday! - The building and units themselves are designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular views. The accommodation is of a high standard and immaculately clean. The location right next to the beach and with access straight on to the main street of Caloundra is excellent. Everything is at your doorstep within easy walking distance - no need to get the car out.

  Belvedere was extremely well located. Nothing was too much trouble. I had my elderly mother (83) and the apartment was excellent for mum to get around in. For the mobility impaired and my mother also is vision impaired it was open and spacious for her too move in and out of having rails, plenty of good lighting and very secure.
