  all of the categories were excellent, the staff were exceptional, proactive and offering assistance without being asked; dealt with non-responsive credit card chip politely and quickly; accommodated unusual check in and out times without a hitch. Always feel valued customer here ( and also at the Sheridan St BW where I have also staye. Location opposite Central SC suits very well, and security - Very impressed as soon as I walked in the room. Definitely value for money with the convenience of being in the heart of the city. I would stay here again! Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

  I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The beach was spectacular. the resort had been recommended to me as convenient to Cairns and Port Douglas, and it was a very nice base for my 5 day visit to FNQ!   Staff were extremely cooperative and helpful. The office organised our tours and we had no problems wherever we went. Until we stayed here, we had not heard of the "peaceful " Fitzroy Island - Price was good for what we wanted, Complex was well maintained generally and managers helpful.
